Salud Mental, or Mental Health, is a key component of the Wellness Wednesday Workshops—a no-cost program led by a UCI PRIME-LC student and Dr. Celada-Dalton, in partnership with GREEN-MPNA’s Health Equity Program.
The workshops cover a range of topics aimed at supporting mental well-being and advancing health equity in our community. Sessions include discussions on toxic stress, seasonal depression, and how to navigate the mental healthcare system.

Salud Mental, o Salud Mental, es un componente clave del Bienestar Miércoles Talleres-un programa gratuito dirigido por un estudiante de UCI PRIME-LC y el Dr. Celada-Dalton, en colaboración con el Programa de Equidad en Salud de GREEN-MPNA.
Los talleres cubren una gama de temas destinados a apoyar el bienestar mental y la promoción de la equidad en salud en nuestra comunidad. Las sesiones incluyen debates sobre el estrés tóxico, la depresión estacional y cómo navegar por el sistema de salud mental.
