UC Irvine launched a five-year study examining chronic lead exposure in Santa Ana communities. The research aims to better understand long-term health impacts and identify pathways for prevention and intervention.

MPNA Green’s involvement helps ensure community perspectives guide the research process. By engaging residents, the study strengthens trust and increases the likelihood that findings will inform meaningful public health action and policy solutions.
